He is also a member of the John Maxwell Team. Until recently, he served for 19 years as a senior member of the Executive Board and as Vice President of Fiscal Affairs for the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops’ Congress headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
After attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Morgan State College, Baltimore, Maryland in 1971, he furthered his education and currently holds a Master of Theology in Bible Theology from the International Bible Seminary, Orlando, Florida (2003), an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College, Jacksonville, FL and a Doctor of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology (2008). He has also completed the Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) sponsored by Harvard Divinity School’s Center for the Study of Values in Public Life.
Bishop Dennis makes available to the Body his keen understanding of church government and divine order. His vision is to see the Church come to its full maturity and have dominion in the earth. His teachings on the “five-fold” anointing have revolutionized many ministries causing them to function more efficiently.
